FaceVault may process Telegram identifiers, submitted images, biometric templates, report content, consent records, and audit events for authorized platform functions.

Data is access-controlled, encrypted in transit, retained only according to the administrator retention policy, and not intended for public publication. Users may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction.

Operators must complete a POPIA assessment and establish a lawful processing basis before production use.
